To my eye, the legs look too puny.

Nice character though. reminds me of this one, from the Disney movie: The black hole

This is crying out for some specular highlights and a little reflection.

Before you get into that though, the main thing I look at whenever I do damage/wear/tear/use is to think about where and why, at the moment you've got scratches sort've all over the place and you have to think about what this machine would be doing daily, and which parts would be most worn down. Direction of scratches is also very important to keep in mind.

You've got the right idea with the grime but one thing people tend to forget is that grime goes down, and builds up mostly at the bottom. So if you've got evidence of it coming down, I'd expect to see where it's building up too. Walls are a great reference for this behaviour:

Where's the red one come from ?!
I thought I am making some thing new,it actually was based on the "Securitron" from fallout new vegas.

some things went wrong with the wheel so I made it with legs.
It has bump and specs but I should probably practise some more in making them.

If it has bump and specular, then something has gone very very wrong. Can you post up screens of your material editor/used slots and the textures you're using?

Make sure you're using the Normal Bump material in the bump slot:

Also, I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be using the same texture for spec and gloss. Take the map out of the glossiness slot.

Edit
Oh, it's also worth noting, when you use a specular map, adjusting the specular level on the spinner does nothing. You can use the Glossiness spinner to "pin point" the highlights though, higher number = shinier.

Double Edit
Oh, and when I say the spinner does nothing, I mean this one:

NOT the actual slot spinner, that definitely does do something.
