Is there an easy procedure to get a license permission to music I wanna use in a clip ?
In my current case, I wanna use a short part of one of Enya's tracks "Caribien blue", anyone knows how to do it ?

Contact Warner Music Group here as they own the rights to the song:

If you dont expect to make any money from this make sure to make that point very clear.

I wrote them an email. I wonder how long its gonna take to get an answer ...
Any idea how much to expect costwise ?
I mentionned its for usage in a promotional video I am making for software we develop and it will be shown on the internet (youtube, etc').

I once contacted Warner for permission to use a Bee Gees track about a year ago; they still haven't bothered replying.

might not be directly relevant to the track you're after licensing, but thought I'd drop this in here anyway.
