Is it possible to make Hair (with Dynamics) Loop?
show user profile  mickey2001
Hey All,
Im working on a lion with a big 'ole furry mane.
I need it to loop (its a texture sprite)

My only idea is to animated the "stiff" to begin and end at 1.0 and .6 for most of the animation.
am I missing something?
is there a better solution for this?
thanks for any help.

mickey

Is the whole lion a sprite or are you using alpha planes for just the hair?
If the whole thing is a sprite you'd be better off turning the hair into a mesh and rig it.

just double the animation and simulate the hair then render only the second half
