I got problem when some object intersect with another one that has the same properties
and cause render flicker.
Should i manipulate with render setting or it just one of the 3dsmax's error.

Co-planar faces. You will need to do something to get around it. Slice modifier?

It is a user error. How should 3dsmax decide which one to display? Can you overlap 2 boxes like that in real life?

That what i think at the begining its a user error, but let face it there is no problem in cenama 4d for example when you do the cloning thing and some object intersect with another it consider the two object as on surface and i realy like this smart solution.
but i use to work in 3dsmax .

this is a shader thing not a max thing, most MR materials have a blend option for example, im not sure about vray or others since i have no experience with them

make 1 of the boxes 0.01 thinner than the other, noone will notice and that should take care of the flickering
