So I am creating materials to represent stickers and what nots for mechanical models I am making. What should the image size be? I have been using 512px as a minimum dimension. What do you guys recommend? Thanks.

I use 1024px
really depends of the detail of your materials and how are you going to scale them in your mesh.
if you find 512px enough to don't lose detail on your scenes then stick to it. the smaller the better I think as long as it looks right.

Hello there

beautiful ;3
