i tried poly modeling, i tried nurbs but no luck, let me explian how it is :

there are two polygons on both sides and they are not parallel in orientation, one of them is 30 degrees and then the middle zigzag edge is formed when they both are unioned this is the thing i know but tried pulling vertex etc but no luck OnLiNe Contact :

I'd start with a tube primitive with the number of edges needed to form the centre, outer edge. I'd then collapse verts and move edges to make the required shape.
