How do I hide polygons or elements from render?

have two spheres attached to my model I dont want to be rendered any way I can, any help would be great

Right click, uncheck visible to camera or whichever of the options there you don't want.

You cant hide subobjects from renders, you have to detach them then hide the detached pieces

use multisub material and set all the way to transparant in case u really need them to be a part of the mesh
