help with some mesh mess please

can any of you guys help me out this this , Im getting some pinching round these edges when I add a turbo smooth, any idea how I can stop this ? the rest of the mesh is fine its just these air vent holes that are giving me sh*t . thanks for reading :)

Looks like you have a 5 sided poly there.
I'd cut in the red line but keep it away from the side edge or it will cause a bump on the side.

yeah thanks Joey that helps but as you say it makes a bump if its to close to the other edge. still it looks better than it did before :)

I did that and it did not help but thanks anyway :) . Ive sorted now by adding a cut as Joey said but put it along the middle of the vent opening, it seems to have sorted it :)
