i need a program or plug in help me in my works in max7 ,that make the camera dont wolk throug the wolls .... can any one help me or just give my a site for that

I think he means a plugin that doesnt welk through the wells.

If you're not wanting to walk through walls, then I assume you're wanting to visualise in real-time 3D.

You could use our 3D browser for that, if you wanted (it includes collision detection). Link in my sig.

There are other visualisation tools, though we'd need to know a little more about what exactly you want to do to recommend one. You could also do this is the max viewport using a plugin (as stated above).

Not all, but most.

He asked a question, I've proposed a solution.

If you'd like to suggest an alternative, you are welcome to do so.

Quake & Unreal engine derivatives, for example are good for this kind of thing.

(assuming he's looking to do real-time visualisation - it's not 100% clear)
