ok i saw someone make a plane to model a person, on one side he put a front person material,on the other side they put the persons back. how in detail do i do that?
any help would be appreciated

Step 1: Make a plane to model a person. Step 2: On one side put a front person material. Step 3: On the other side put the persons back.
Seriously though... I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you after modelling help? Texturing help? Setting up reference help? All of the above help?

1. it doesnt work like that for me, i make a plane put an image it is shown on both sides, same if i drag and image to the other side 2. well just help with the reference images i gues... 3. if have two different images on either side of one plane is not possible, can you suggest a good way of achieving a similar effect. this is all to get sides of a person model for reference side front and back.

how do you use 2 sided mat, i searched some stuff but it didnt quite make sense

or just put two planes back to back with a material/image on each.

You click on a new material change it to a double sided material, put a different bitmap in each slot and apply it to the plane.
Not sure where you can go wrong...
