Glow effect, pixels or unit based
show user profile  cartwright_mj
The effect appears to be pixel based. I have a disc with a material/glow applied, it looks how I want it to at one distance but if I zoom it, my disc is bigger on screen but the glow size stays the same pixels size it was at the first distance . Can it be changed to units like wire frame options?
Thank you

Yes, I'm sure that will work. I will try it tomorrow. It makes sense it's in the 'global' rollout rather than the element. I'll let you know.
thanks

The bloom he's rendering is the same size in pixels when rendering, no matter how far his camera is. I don't see the need of screenshots, if that's what he means with this question.

And had he posted a screenshot you would have known that was his question, or a least some indication what the fuck he was referring to.

I didn't post a screen shot because I honestly believed that the only people who could answer would understand anyway. 2 out of 3 people did understand, and we all know that "ain't bad".

Screenshots is so 2001.

These days you need to post a video as your question. Demonstrating the issue and talking clearly.

People don't have the time to read text-based posts anymore. Not even if there's a screenshot.

Surprisingly, 'distance affects size' didn't work.
