Global Illumination Blue Color Bleeding

Alright, I've got a bit of a problem ->

It is caused when I turn on GI. I created a 2-sided sphere around the scene at first to stop rays bouncing into infinity, and it solved the problem for a bit... but it isn't doing the trick anymore.

Everything works fine when I use Final Gather alone. ->

Here are my scene and FG/GI settings ->

It appears so; I tried hiding the eye objects and the blue bleeding didn't happen at all. The eye is two objects, a transparent lens, and behind it the actual eyeball. They both use ray tracing w/ a fresnel falloff map (tough it doesn't really work like I would like it to :P). It can be something with the ray tracing?
