It's far too dark and there are multiple shadows everywhere crossing over each other confusing the shape. I'd look up a simple 3 point lighting tutorial like the following and try to use that. Have one light as the main shadow casting light not every light.
3 POINT LIGHTING TUTORIAL
Very odd colours
If that is supposed to be army green, it's not. I'd stick to what people are familiar with.
Shield is dirty as hell but the bolts are spotless, the wheel is dirty but the nuts aren't.
Th barrel is s mix of what looks to be dirty parts and clean parts. If they are supposed to be bare metal as opposed to painted metal then I'd go rethink that as it's not coming across that way.
What's the wheel made of?
It kind of looks like rubber (sort of I guess) but it also looks like the same material all the other brown parts are made from. Also the same material goes right down the side-wall to the hub and you wouldn't put bolts through the side of the rubber. I'm sure it would need some sort of tread too. Good materials explain what the part is made off, these one's don't do that unfortunately.
Poly distribution needs work.
You need to spread the distribution more evenly over the model. For instance, you probably have as many polys in just the bolts as you do for the rest of the model. the bolts looks perfectly round even though they're incredibly insignificant to the model whereas the parts at the back of the barrel are dealt 6 sides to get on with and looks incredibly low poly. The bigger the part the more polys it should be given (curved surfaces I mean) If I were you I'd completely delete the bolts and add them into the texture with a normal map then you will have 100s of triangles to pump back into the model to both improve what you have and to make more detailed parts.
Does your gun do space flight?
Grounding your models on a base plane will help their render greatly by giving them a floor shadow, at the moment yours is space walking.
This isn't meant as a flame or a piss take. It's constructive criticism to help you improve your model so hopefully you take it that way :)

I cannot ask for a better Criticism!! Thank you a lot Mr Grotey to take your time to help me to improve... I did this design a bit ago following a guide but I wasn't very used to the modeling... I did the maps again one by one and still my maps came all messed up again... so I try to finished as close by as I could to work in a new model. Thank you I'm definitely going to check the light tutorial. Thank you.
One think that I'm getting off of the grid is how to make a scene to present my designs... cause this black background is taking my designs to madness.
