Game Engine talks

Snowdrop Engine - Ubisoft only (Ubisoft does not license game engines i.e. Dunia, Disrupt or Anvil).
UnrealEngine 4
CryEngine 3
Frostbite 3
Unity 5

Anyone doing anything of interest in any of these?

Im doing a commercial game using Unity5.

I have used CryEngine and UnrealEngine for many years but I stick with Unity for now on.

I'm working in Unity focussing on game development, procedural content generation and c# design pattern-derived solutions.

Been meaning to look back into the UnrealEngine too but having too much fun within the Unity IDE to be honest.

Working on a dance game in Unity. More like a dress up game with levels that contain dancing. Its actually a lot more interesting than it sounds : P

I've used Unity in the past, but have switched to Unreal since the release of 4. I mainly use it for art / asset creation stuff, but I really love UE4 so far and am thinking about diving into some actual game development with it.

I dig you, there is a hole int he market for games where you get to undress woman and dance with them.
Obligatory giggly bounce bounce slider in the options menu.

haha, unfortunately no jiggle physics.. It's a kids game, think frozen meets harry potter

We have a solid team of about 15 guys (1 girl) with an enormous budget, and are developing everything for the game from the ground up, so it's very satisfying : )

Working on games is pretty amazing. I think it's hard to decide which is more fun, games or film. I've never worked on a big budget film so I guess I can't compare them yet... but I definitely enjoy the freedom of not worrying about tri counts or if you can or can't use particles lol

S. Silard; some content was removed indeed...sorry about that...

"Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away."

(I have it tattoo'd across my forehead. I'm thinking of having it removed.)

@cO Post a pic or it never happened.

Beside, I'm into Unreal Engine 4. It's C/C++ capabilities bought me. It can be expanded with lots of libraries, and that's just cool.
