Gadzooks, that was fantastic!
You are improving. This is so much better than your old stuff.

Very nice man....

If I might humbly suggest perhaps remaking a Chuck Norris fight scene from any of his 80's movies.....

Hi
Thanks for the nice words.
Its the second car I've modelled and not an easy car to model as there are no straight edges.

It was my first use of opacity maps (on the chain link fence and the number plates), first use of cc snow as dust in after effects, and also my first use of importing a video as a view port back ground to key frame as per the original film. which had a problem I'm sure some one here understands......
I clipped the original video down, in after effects, to just the scene I want...... I imported as the view port back ground....... rendered my version........ re imported into after effects to match to the soundtrack......... and for some reason my version is now a good 2 or 3 seconds too short. I'm sure its a fps setting issue.
there is also a blip in the pan to the front wheel scene, which was caused by time remapping in after effects.
2 or 3 times i would also start a render, carry on the next day, and the colour and contrast would be different, so Id have to re render yesterdays stuff. and for some reason my PNG's render nothing like they show in MAX, but instead get all washed out, any ideas why.
Steve
