I wonder if they'll fund my swashbuckling, high-seas modern/near-future piracy game? Fund me, you cheese-eating Eurotrash asses!

Would be nice.

ICT projects are funded by a different DG - everything above is Media.

3D websites might qualify for Media/Interactive support.

Most State Aid supported projects require matched funding, so we cannot currently apply.

When we can move our application forwards, we will need to form a consortium with European collaboration partners (rest of world can participate with restrictions).

Matty - that would be cheese-eating Eurotrash asses ... with space planes !

The Court has given permission for a renewal hearing on the 26th February ... next Thursday.

It will be listed here :

The case requires a renewal hearing because the application is out of time.

At this hearing (my first in the High Court), I must explain why the application is late.

The Court can then give permission (or not) for the case to proceed.

The hearing is before a Divisional Court - 2 Judges.

Case details :-

City University Law School (London) have offered to study the case file and will advise if a better legal strategy exists (thank you).

Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs (equivalent of IRS in the USA, I think) cancelled £3200 late filing penalties last week after understanding why Advance Software has got into difficulities (thank you).

I have been unable to find legal representation for this hearing, so willl be representing myself.

I've represented myself before. No big deal.

I might be able to find someone if I spent all next week looking hard enough, but I've got stuff to do.

Then the lawyer would have to get up to speed by Thursday. That's not likely to happen.

The Court has agreed to allow the case to proceed to a Renewal Hearing after initial refusal because the lower court & their initial Judge thought I hadn't disclosed an offence. That's a win.

On the civil side, a Circuit Judge has said Advance Software can sue BERR - that's a win.

City University Law School have agreed to consider the case - they don't have to - that's a win.
(Law students cannot represent in Court).

HMRC cancelled £3200 penalties - that's a win.

But, yes, point taken, if I can have a properly qualified Barrister representing, it would increase the chances of a successful outcome.

alright seriously, are you like, filthy rich, all your money is in the 401k *uh-oh* or what because you don't seem worried at all about the fact that what appears to be your only source of income has been purged back out of the drain and is now circling again. is it just me or is something wrong? oh, i know, rich parents huh.

edit: "all" now i'm even more confused, are you a company with multiple employees? i thought so at first, but then i decided it was just you creating this. and my parents aren't that rich right now. we had 2 million in the stock market...... and our house was worth 2 million, but now my dad is working at a place called c-vision, so he either gets like a 2 million annual paycheck or he gets like 50k annual paycheck, depends how he does, and my mom's looking for work because she worked at sun. once again, bum bum bum bummmmm

No Parker, we do not all have rich parents.

Advance Software has one full time employee - me.

Our other shareholders participate from time to time, as the mood takes them.
