Any way to freeze particle arrays?
show user profile  Nolan
Hi I have been messing around with particle arrays for a bit and I thought the disintegrate preset for particle arrays is really cool looking. What I want to do is freeze the disintegrate animation at frame 50 and have other animations going on. Do you know how I could accomplish this?

- use the mesher compound object to change it into a mesh
- goto frame 50 and convert the mesher object to an editpoly
- animate the visibility of the both the source particle array en editpoly so they switch at frame 50
