Garp, I know we're off on a random tangent here, but ...

You've built a well under water.

The thing about wells is, you build them to extract water when it's not at the surface.

Glad the fish are having fun.

Lovely work, as always.

Needs caustics on the well.

Haha! Brilliant! :)

The sand could need some more detail and the well could be a little brighter to reveal more texture detail.

Hehe, thank you guys :) This one came after reading something about using volume ligths with vray. I had absolutely no idea it was possible! That plus the silly thing going on with Joey's thread, the idea for the scene was there in a minute.

All textures are procedural (except a 64x64 map for the fish. I needed to paint the eye. You can tell, hu?) So pretty simple. The whole thing took about 4 hours.
Here's a 'daylight' render, straight out of the frame buffer:
