Final School Project: Low Poly Character Modelling
show user profile  Nanne
Hi all :)

I'm doing my final school project now. I'm going to explore the art of low polygon character modelling and then write a report on my conclusions and the result. I've chosen to model one character in three versions. One with less then 500 tris, one with less then 1000 tris and finally one with less then 2000 tris.

I got the concept art from a friend of mine:

I'm working on all three models at the same time, going back and forth and trying new things to experiment and learn as much as possible. So far I've put the most work into the 2000 tris version. Here is a link to some WIP images of what I've got so far.

C&C and tips are welcome :)

Cheers mates!
