I am working on a fantasy War Hammer and i want some of your opinions about it before i start texturing, and i still have to add something on the front piece where that cracked hole is, i dont know what yet, maybe you can give me some ideas.And if you guys spot things that you think are not in their place please tell me.... any critics accepted.

perhaps a chunk of a femur sticking out the crack in it? wouldn't make much sense to have that on top of the hammer though...

Some fallen debris or bones, little blood on the hammer.
It's looking very plain at the moment.

Maybe some dents on the smashin' ends of it (especially around the corners), to show it's it some armored foes? I see a crack along one edge, but it looked to me like the ends were covered with steel plates or something? I guess more wear on the corners is my point, really.
My GF was looking over my shoulder as I was pulling up the thread, and her first thought was the Compaion Cube. So once you get to texturing, put a big pink heart on each face!
