Yeah there is actually. How much would you be willing to pay someone to do it for you? That could be a really easy method.

yes.

create tab-->celebrity primitives group-->select celebrity-->create in viewport-->modify tab-->drag age slider.

Every celebrity you could think of has actually been pre-made even ones like Rebecca Black.

there is software that can recreate a face or other objects from photos at multiple angles.

or scanner such as xbox kinect.

or model it or sculpt in z-brush (the hard way).

K-tonne, you forgot to mention drawing topology, this is a key step, especially if you are using a spline method.

FaceGen is good, I've used it but it seems like if you model your own head with the correct edge flow, you could conform that to any reference images

on a serious note: unless you kidnap your celebrity and laser scan the face, references arent worth crap, its only after you abandon the pictures and start adjusting things by eye when you start getting somewhere

yeah but so is "get very good ref", seems like you were outlining steps (kinda), although, for someone new, your answer would probably seem a little intimidating. Also, after looking further at the youtube tutorial, I actually didn't see anything about drawing your topology on your reference images before modeling.

We all have things to always learn, my advice to the new people would be to keep modeling heads (over and over again) and learn the topology, studying human anatomy is great but sometimes people can't go that deep. So that's why I would say, instead of learning human anatomy extensively, just learn your 3D topology.

Its crazy because I was just modeling a celebrity, Jason Statham, ironic. But I can't convince myself to make my models head as big as his...
