the people at the front are killing your render. they don't seem to belong to this scene and they're perspective doesn't fit the scene.
if you will take them out it will look much better.
also, the plants (especially on the left) make the render a bit "cartoony"
other than that its nice work mate...
good luck, Joel

agreed with ^ above. Peeps, cars and landscape are killing it. Building and sidewalks look great. Very nice stucco texture! Road could use some work.. it is worn out in a "clean" way..

questionable road markings- why is there a crossing there as there is no intersection other than a private garden/driveway need a raised pavement edge (curb in england) maybe- depending on which country this is set in on the main building, the wall facing the light is seperate from the roof weirdly inconsistant width to the road- if you look in the middle- halfway up the hill it seems wide while closer to the bottom of the image it looks thin, and at the top is thin again- probably to do with the cars hard to tell which way the dog is facing the birds aswell look unnatural in their distance from the ground and grouping the ivy on the main building should be flatter to the wall not sticking out- but that might be a personal thing some nice elements to this image let down by some really badly thought out elements

Thanks for the constructive comments fellows. i now agree that this image need some serious make over. aaaaah !!! thats what happen when u leave architecture for 3 long years :(
>. STRAT ........... Oops !! i will change the people.
>> joelr........... definitely going to change those people and plants on the left
>>del3d .........regarding cars, i will work on the materials. but i think the car in the front is fine right ?
>> K-tonne ........ i have noted down your points. points like the wall facing the light is seperate from the roof weirdly and inconsistant width to the road- if you look in the middle- halfway up the hill it seems wide while closer to the bottom of the image it looks thin ..... abt these points, well u can blame architects for this :))
>>mrgrotey......... oops !!! will add motion blur to the whole car. yep good old lesns flare :P
>>Mr. Mellow.......... lol
>>albongino ............ok, i will add bushes instead of roses.
>>Pil ............ yep !!!

Your building (the main focus if the image) fills less that 25% of the space. the focus is being taken away by the ridiculous amount of surplus objects i.e. shrubbery Ni!! Ni!! Noo! Herrring!

The car just went out of warp, that's why the blur seems wrong, and you don't really need a driver for a vehicle in warp.
The gravity is not pulling straight down that's why the people look leaned

As has been said, what`s letting it down is all the dodgy photoshopping - for a start i`d recommend working at a much higher resolution, and dropping some/a lot of the foliage..
Really like the way the light interacts with the building itself..
