Maxunderground news unavailable

Export Max file with all its textures ...

For our final year project we are developing a car game ... so we model roads from 3ds max but the problem is whn we export them as a FBX ... they didnt export with its textures... U all know FBX format is the format that we can work with XNA .. when we export MAX file as a FBX and load it to the XNA ... its just appeared with out any texture ... CAN ANY ONE PLEASE HELP ME ? ... PLEASE tell me how to export max file as a FBX format with all textures.....

(i am not good at in english soo ... try to ntertand what i trying to say )

I recently exported files from Cinema 4D to Max using FBX and it worked wonders. You need to make sure you have your bitmap paths correct. FBX will store UVW coordinates, not actual texture images.

the bitamps in my destop and there are folder call maps and I added tht bitmaps from there ... is it have to be in 3d max maps folder ?

also in 3d max it shows thexture applied to there ... we can see it from there ... but after convert it and import to XNA then it shows only white road

not even sure what xna is but it's gotta be some setting there..? what file did you export it to?
