Anyone got any examples of good freelance / retainer contracts for the UK please?

Hi Guys,

As above really; in Feb I changed my situation by accepting a full-time job with a previous freelance client. Since then, the GM who I got on really well with has left and it has left me dealing directly with one huge a*shole of an owner who has now for various reasons started causing me huge levels of shit. As such I want to suggest that I go back to freelance status, but in the current climate I need to have some type of retainer contract to suggest ie: us committing to a certain number of hours per month for a year/ 2years etc. so I get a bit of my freedom back.

Has anyone got any examples they could post please? Or failing that are there any websites where I can download a copy and then edit it accordingly??

As always, thanks in advance fellas.

Maybe this would help - Scroll down to the sample professional service agreement.

Thanks matey,

Has anyone else got any suggestions please as that one seems to refer to individual jobs whereas I am looking for something that will give me some commitment from the client to me for a period of time for x hours per week.

Thanks again.
