Evelyn [Low-poly character]

I'm working on a low-poly character just for fun, but lets pretend I want to use it in a game engine :)

I'll post images of here later, first I have a question but I figured I'll keep it all in one thread :)

I found this on the net:

It seems to me that he has only used triangels and no quads, is that to prefer when modelling for a game engines? (this was my question :)

quads are just two triangles with thier shared edge set to invisible...

all game engines work with just triangles... just a matter of turning those edges to visible or not...

So you're saying... what? :) I'll just keep to quads, should I?

A game engine will see a quad as two triangles...so work in triangles if you like, or work in quads...tis up to you.
