Can you save on a 3D model the map displacement ?
If I have a sphere and I add a map displacement with noise, can I save a model with that sphere + the noise on it but as a model not as a texture ?

you can, but not in the way you're thinking.
you can displace a material into a mesh and end up with a fully displaced 3d mesh (you can in C4D at least), but you cant displace a shader into a mesh and end up with a 3d displaced mesh.

Ok.. I know about that one
I can add the displacement from the modifier list \ Displace but I need the one from the Material.. Material \ Maps \ Displacement.
I have this one
Model+texture+ displacement into my material.
I need a model from the 3D model + displacement so I can work only on the model without the old displacement map

you can drag the displacement map from the mat editor into the modifier. All it does is displace though, it doesn't add extra topology which you'll need for detail so you have to add that yourself with tesselate/mesh smooth (depending on the settings the original map was captured with). That will also create a lot of topology that you don't really need so feel free to apply some optimiziation mod on it after displacing.
