i want to know how to make stuff like this in max i tried to select each polygon and inset them they applied turbosmooth but nothing happened good

I would suggest creating a displacement map for it.

or a normal map for speed if it doesn't need to self shadow.

naw map don't need to be that much realistic i want to learn how to make a bed like this i chamfer the middle edge and pull it back but no good result

in addition to the surface, you'll need the right material/shader to light that correctly.

pls post what you have so far.

understand what a normal map is - not clear from your response if you understood. in any case hi poly geom (or dmap) is ok as a starting point as the normal map's just derived from that anyway.

using displacement or normal maps would make it look too perfect imo, fortunately its quite easy to simulate with cloth modifier using vertex constraints and pressure

How much are you going to pay for the tutorial? I'm assuming your client is paying you for modeling that bed so I'd assume you'd want to pay someone to teach you how to model that bed.

Tutorial?

Here's a tutorial...

Make two big boxes with equally spaced square faces
Use Garps method (which I might add you forgot to thank him for taking the time to do)
Done.
