CAD files and max
show user profile  rob@dynamic
Hi all,

I'm seeing more often now when looking for jobs that companies require you to have knowledge of working with CAD files, site plans and elevations.

I thus far have no experience with this.

So my question is, does anyone know any good tutorials or have any info on this subject please?

Also can you download free CAD files to work with ect...?

Thanks in advance

Cad drawings are basically blueprints.

If you can read a blueprint you can read the cad drawings.

Some require you to be able to work with cad models in general.
A lot of time I have to remodel parts of cad and such. other times I look at a blueprint and model.

Either way, its not that tough, once you have it in front of you I am sure you can catch on.
