if there's none you might be able to get something usefull from here:
maybe a start on the heightmap- at the very least a decent diff

I can't find a PDF of it anywhere, but my friend Graham wrote a paper for siggraph in 2008 about capturing the normal maps of coins. There doesn't seem to be a PDF anywhere, but the results were quite good.

Paint one white and try and photo scan it with 123d catch :) Not sure you'd get good results from a tiny object... Maybe if you use a big lens..

it hasn't got to be very close up so I may have a go at hand sculpting one in Mudbox :)

Run it through Mindtex, or nDo 2. That'll yield a normal map that attempts to reconstruct the height from the diffuse; that'll probably do fine.
