Why biped figure mode don't work to the neck?
I make all my biped positioning in figure mode, but when I get out of figure mode, the neck backs to it's initial position. And it happens only to the neck. HELL WHY? http://www.bulow.com.br/gustavo/gustavo.jpg

Everybody uses biped, but nobody knows what's different on the neck behaviour. It's a nightmare.

It's a bug. Out of curiosity, what version of Max are you using? I know it was there up until version 8 but I haven't used biped in ages so I don't know if they ever fixed it. Solution: make your own neck and head out of bones, parent them into the biped, and hide and freeze the old ones.
