Biped bone edits revert when saving

I'm currently editing the sizes and rotations of the bones of a Biped skeleton, but suddenly I have an issue where every time I Save (Ctrl+S) the scene file, it reverts/undos the changes I last made on the bones. I know you have to be in Figure Mode to edit the bones of a Biped system, so I am in that mode, yet, for whatever reason, 3ds max is reverting every change I make now, unlike before, every single time I hit Ctrl+S to save. What to do to continue making and saving permanent changes to the bones?
