How to bind splines that has been converted to editable poly?

Okay, I am a newbie.
I just created a plane and converted it to editable poly and I want to bind it between two other planes.
What I`ve learned is that you click the bound to object pivot box but there doesn`t seem to be one.
So a little help please?

What du mean bind? Bind as in, when you move the other plane it also moves, or as in physically attach it to another mesh/object?

Never mind I figured out a way around.

I had wanted to have 3ds max snap a plane`s vertices onto another plane`s vertices. As in have it move the vertice of plane A to the position of the plane B`s vertice.
