bezier controls for an Edge?
show user profile  asd
I have an editable poly'ed cube with plenty of faces. I want one of the middle edges to be a little curved. Can I do it in Edge mode? If not how can I do it at all?

Try adding a stretch modifier . there's a spinner that controls the bulge. You do however need to give the stretch value something other than 0 for it to work if I remember rightly, so you may need to scale the cube back to the original size

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear: I'm not searching for a 3D effect like a swelling, but rather to curve a single edge.
Here's a better example: in a horizontal Plane, I want to curve any of its INTERIOR edges, also in a horizontal way- so in the X or Y axis, not Z. At rendertime, the curvature would not be visible at all.

ohh, maybe try soft selection? also converting to an editable path should give bezier control of verts.
