Beautiful 3D Landscapes

Don't even ask what 3D program I used for these. If you know, please don't tell everyone else. Let them figure it out themselves like I did.

You could just turn the strength of the sun down or lessen the exposure. Right?

If by "stunning" you mean "apparently computer generated" then yes, they truly are!

Since I am allowed to critique them I would say that if they were photographs they'd be entirely boring mainly because the images are set up so badly. No sign of thinking about how the eye travels over the image, no sign of thinking about rule of thirds and subsequently quite often placing the main focal point (i.e. the sun) almost right smack in the middle of the picture.

They might be interesting as backgrounds, not desktop backgrounds mind you, but backgrounds for something placed in front of them. Right now they're rather bland, and the overexposed feeling to the sky and water makes them look (if they were photographs) like they were taken by a person who doesn't know what he was doing. Not trying to talk down on you or anything, but this could've been made a hell of a lot better without much more effort.

Why keep it quiet to people in what this was created by the way? So people who don't know marvel at something which is in the end pretty easy to create since the program is dedicated to making these bland images? With outmost certinity this was made with a program such as Terragen, or possibly Bryce, which in the end aren't much more than glorified landscape creators. What use is there to keep knowledge from others? It's meant to be spread. If you would've done this in 3dsmax I would've been more impressed...but that still is no reason for not thinking about the other things I mentioned above.

I may be an antagonist, but those are my two cents.
