Basic 3DS Max Modelling
show user profile  Damo334
Hi guys, Ive recently started tutorials on the basics of modelling in 3DS Max, as I have since been using Maya a lot, and need to change. However, I am having some trouble already. I am currently trying to model the hull of a tank.

I created a new edge (click 2 edges > shift + connect) essentially creating an edge loop (Maya). This worked just fine, but when I tried it again the newly created edge appeared on a slant as I moved it to my desired location. This did not happen 2 minutes previously. Why is this? I cant seem to get around it.
