Bake particles and material?

Is there anyway to bake particles and any material they have on them via Particle View?

I can bake my particle system perfectly using the PFlow Baker script, but afterwards, I cannot fathom how to re-texture the baked objects with the material I had mapped to the particles using Particle View (i had the particles use a mapping object and a dynamic material)

Is there a way to bake both, or at least a way to re-texture the baked objects?
