Assigning Material ID to subsurface scattering materials: RPF renders
show user profile  ihsu6
Hi,

I'm trying to do RPF renders of a scene with multiple objects that has subsurface scattering (SSS) materials applied to them. I assigned different object IDs to my objects, and I want to assign different material ID to my SSS materials but it's not working. If I change the materials to standard materials then the Material IDs show up, but when I change back to SSS, it's not working again. Is there more than just simply assigning the material ID number when working with SSS?

Thanks.
