Apply a glow to an object on white background
show user profile  clockworkspence
Hi,

I've got a scene where a ball is surrounded by 6 smaller balls that are touching it around it centre. I have a white background and a white plane just under the ball to capture it's reflection.
The problem: I want to be able to put an orange glow around the main ball that doesn't effect the surrounding ones. I've tried the gloe effect both in the standard effect dialogue and video post but the video post one doesn't show up on a white background and the standard glow effect looks too washed out and effects the other six smaller balls.

I'm a bit stuck on what would probably seem a simple thing to create?
