Anyone know of software that can do this?

Hi all,

got a random request...

I'm developing some e-learning for a client and they insist on using a programme called Mohive, which imo is crap and is a pain in the arse lining items up accross pages!

To cut a long story short is there an application for windows out there that allows you to draw on-screen guides, much like you can in photoshop?

Thanks

maybe something like snagit? http://www.snagit.com/
which lets you screen capture and then edit, annotate, use arrows, etc on the screenshot after? Is that what you mean?

Cheers for the link, but I need something that will allow me to have the guides on screen (overlayed all othe windows), while I'm making edits.

Dunno, Mohive must be good, they have this pic on their home page (not just one, but three stock photos of businessy types looking smooth and in control) :

Not 100% sure what you`re looking for..

Adobe Flash Builder (www.adobe.com/products/flashbuilde) looks great for rapid prototyping interactive content. I think it basically works by having a library of pre-built behaviours, design elements and templates that can be really quickly drag and dropped in to any project and customised. Not sure if that`s any use to you..

if your on windows 7 i'm sure you could find or easily make a gadget for it... they can easily be overlain over all windows.
