Good job (especially good you're asking for suggestions). Trust your instinct if you disagree with any of my crits / suggestions:

1. Add some weathering to the walls. Bleaching near the top, or slight buildup of dirt from the rain collecting on the roof. Also some dirt at the base of the walls will sell it's realism (but not too much or it'll look unsellable). If you're using vray you can add a dirt map.

2. An AO pass will help, particularly with the wood slats, and small details like that.

3. Think the glass is too matt / unglossy. Might not be, but there's nothing reflecting to give that impression. You can fake it by creating some objects off camera to help.

4. The interior looks a little bland. Maybe create some objects or import furnature and turn on a desk light in some rooms near the window to liven it up (just an idea with the desk light, doesn't really make sense in the daytime).

I might add some more crits later, the pictures are stuck at about 30% uploaded so I can only see the roof.

[edit] Okay, they're now fully loaded. Very nice work.

5. Not a fan of the aluminium wall. Looks cheap, plus not very practical as it would heat up and burn little kids faces if they headbutted them.

6. The car looks wrong (in the second pic). Not sure, maybe it's camera distortion warping it slightly. Maybe rotate it 45 degrees, would look cooler and fill that empty space near the fence.

7. Maybe choose a less polluted and sunnier hdri background. Not really an issue, just giving suggestions.

Anyway, nice work.

[edit] just saw the foreground of the first pic... No, change the camera angle so that the empty road isn't taking up 50% of the bottom third of your frame.
