Animation question
show user profile  jakeywunder
I'm having an issue when actually animating a scene. I have this object that has a stretch modifier on it, and I'm trying to make it look like a bouncy ball sorta thing. So I set my first time stamp and it's basically just the object and the modifier moving up to the wall. The next time stamp I apply the stretch modifier to the box, and then I bounce it off etc. etc.

The problem is that the first stretch modifier I put, when I activate it at a certain point, it will start way earlier than I want it to.

For instance.

0 seconds - 5 seconds: Box and Modifier thrown at wall

6 seconds - 8 seconds: Modifier is stretched

9 - 13 seconds: Box and modifier thrown away from wall

The problem is that the 6-8 seconds stretch from the modifier actually starts at 0 seconds.

Is there a way for me to like put a stamp on the time line in multiple places saying "Start the next action for every object right here" or something like that?
