nice start, the 'you' part is missed because of the head turn, do you have all of the sounds mapped to morph targets? It's a good animation but needs a little work.

If you have the time I'd work it a little

its my first lip sync in 3ds max, not sure what u mean by mapped to morphed targets?

this was my reference for the animation,

yeah i will spend some more time on the aniamtion, cheers for feedback! :D

usually a model doing speach like this will have different versions of it used as morph targets. You can rig a control or manually move the shape of the mouth/face by moving between the morph targets.

This allows you to get the basic shapes for speech

oh right, that is very usefull thanks, yeah this model is using morph targets, its not my own model so i am just getting to grips with it.
