Hi, im new to this forums, but straight to the point. I have some experiance with 3d modeling so i know the basic layout of 3ds max 9, but im looking to learn how to animate mostly people into a small fightscene does anyone know where i could find a good tutorial on animating humans and oddly shaped bipeds and cloth in standard 3ds max with no plugins.

You need to spend a lot of time learning how to "bone" your characters using BiPed and Physique. Keep in mind this is not something you'll be able to pound out in an afternoon.

if im right by "bone" you mean add bones and rig them that move the character just like real bones, were would i go to learn such things??

Yes. That's what you do with BiPed and Physique. Max comes with Tutorials that are really good. If they weren't installed, start searching here for those terms, or google it. Keep in mind you have to do SOME research before anyone will help you.

its gonna become a necessity to learn how to rig a character eventually, but for now, if you just want practice at animation, google "free character rigs" or use a max rig that is probly under the "scenes" folder.
the biped is probly gonna give you headaches but, it is quite fun to toy with right at first.
it wouldn't hurt a bit to google something like, "motion studies" and find a 2D walk cycle pic to download for reference, like these that i found...
