Animating in Steps?
show user profile  donvella
I have a current model im animating and to make it a little easier to read i want to animate in steps. At the moment after each frame i key i then have to goto the curve editor and set it to step. How do i keep it in step mode as i animate so i can go back after and edit the curves myself?

cheers.

*bump*

I wanted to know this too, I semi-looked into it after discussing Tunas stairs animation with... well, Tuna. But nothing jumped out at me as being obvious.

There's a little button in the bottom right between the ¨Set Key¨ and ¨Key Filters¨ button called ¨Default In/Out Tangents for New Keys¨. Does exactly what it sounds like. :)
