Working on a school project here now, and I'v got a problem.

Never done any facial expressions before, and I have to ask for some help on how to animate the face. Any help would be apreaciated! =)

Thanks in advance!

you just bacically clone your head as many times as you want, re sculpt it to the facial expresssion you want, and apply them as morph targets.

shouldn't neglect to mention that if you add or subtract or in any way diddle (other than move/ scale or rotate) the mesh the morph targets will not work
they rely entirely on moving the same verts to a new position

Personally, I'm a bone facial rig kinda guy, which is also worth looking into. Both have pros and cons.

Check out the facial animation sample application that ships with the Ogre 3D open source graphics engine. Not exactly max specific, but it'll help you gain an understanding of what is required.
