is there any way to make opacity map affect diffuse color only while leaving all other maps untouched, like reflection/secular/glossiness?

Use render elements and save out a diffuse pass.

Use a better material. In Mr A&D for instance, you have "cutout" which works exactly like opacity in standard mat and transparency which is more complex and incidentally does exactly what you want.

@ Mr_Stabby do you know a vray material that will do the same? if not will cutout slow my render time with vray?! thank you very much
