Adobe Edge Animate - Importing .png sequences is lame
show user profile  Spear Chuck
This program seemed to have a lot of potential. I was hoping that it would be able to import .png sequences, recognizing them as a clip like Flash, Premiere and AF do. Once imported, yuh gotz tuh manually turn each frame on and off while pushing each frame down down the timeline. Lame. A tiny mouse-over effect is about all the patience I'd have to muck with it.

The HTML5 animation might be cool but to import mouse over animation from Max, sucks.
