Holy smokes guys! Sep. 2 classes start so I have been pretty much been working on max around the clock. Currently I have 2 projects going right now that I need to finish before I get too far into classes to creep ahead on my 3ds Max class this year. I started this today and am setting a goal for myself to have all the modeling done in the next few days. CC please!

Update-
For my second car that I have ever done I think I am powering through this sucker pretty well. An CC on the wire would be nice.

Actually, looking again have you over complicated the bonnet and rear window with too many loops at this stage?

Love the '69 nova, I got an actual model car of it I made when I was young. Keep it up.

I am giving Chevy a call tomorrow to try and get my hands on some real blueprints. I couldn't find shit for decent blueprints on the net for this year of nova.

Looks pretty good really? What else are you hoping to get?
You just need photos to get the rest from.

Just cleaning up the mesh a little and making some more defining features. Working on the front primarely right now, just getting it ready to put some detail to it. Don't want to cut out the doors and stuff until I am ready to add detail to the whole model just in case something needs to be changed around. CC please (trying hard to kill the tris). DO YOU THINK I am making my mesh to dense too early or do you think the density is justifiable?

@Westcoast- Totally missed your post, sorry. The drawing just don't align up worth shit. I was pretty careful when I cut everything up to check there alignment, but still nothing. The front and back are pretty much useless and only show the placement of the lights/grill. I guess you are right though, I did get the majority of the body style done (basic shape anyways) so I could just do the rest via ref photos.

Alright, a little update. I am refining the mesh some more. I don't want to get ahead of myself this time and start adding detail until I have a good foundation to build on. The picture with drawing on it shows some things I noticed that I need to take care of. Now that there is more going on in the mesh I am have complications figuring out where to put everything in order to keep a smooth and uniform surface. CC and thanks for following!

Alright. A little bit of an update! The body has some waves in it which I am going to fix (and a flat spot on the back where the hood is located (lower portion), but beside those issues I would like to think I am well on my way to moving on to the rest of the car. I want this body to be close to perfect so I will go through and fix all the waves. CC please on wire and anything else that looks off to you!! (just for royalty sake the paint material is not mine, but I plan on studying it to create something similar but original).
