3dsmax Subdivision Question
Hello, quick question,
Is it possible to subdivide a mesh in max into quads without modifying the silhouette? The subdivide modifier just makes a mess by cutting in random triangles. TurboSmooth and MeshSmooth destroy the shape.
I could take it in into zbrush, turn off Smt and hit Divide, but that's too much import / export.

Try the tessalate modifier, and set it to quad

The tension was the final issue.
