Why does 3dsmax make my reference pictures blurry
Hi, Ive been using max for a couple of months now and I was going to start my first car (without a tutorial) and i got
when i make it a material and place it on a plane i get
anyone know why?

After following the instructions on that page it does look better but it still isn't as good quality

you might see an improvement after restarting max after doing those settings, not sure cant remember.

yes, restart max required for changes to take effect.
it should be close but it won't be quite as good as the image, picture viewers are better.
